comforts of double room were fabulous - a microwave, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. location: the hotel was next to hartlepool and the pub. lucky that it was just a short walk away from chilli n spice, offering food to go.

The location was fantastic - just off Hartlepool, and the pub. Spent our evenings in nearby Ruskins Bistro enjoying drinks and atmosphere. We had double room with a shared bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with lots of public transport options and a nearby train station. The staff, especially Kim the host, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
The only improvement I would suggest is a wider breakfast selection.

I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn in Hartlepool for a short trip. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and well-kept, making for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with plenty of public transport choices and the train station nearby. I was also impressed by the welcoming and accommodating host, Kim, who made us feel right at home. Furthermore, the presence of a pub downstairs did not pose an issue as it closed at a reasonable time. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.
Would recommend this hotel.

Despite the cute appearance and clean room, there wasn't anything that we truly loved. The location of the hotel was nice and convenient. There were plenty of shops and public transport options nearby. One advantage was the bed, it was very comfortable and perfect for our romantic escape. our room was nicely catered for and had everything we needed.
the shared facilities were quite a setback, especially since they weren't always kept clean and tidy by the other guests. we had to deal with some unpleasant locals that tried to ruin our pub visit.

We had an enjoyable romantic escape. the accommodation was beautiful and excellently maintained. the location was perfect as it provided easy access to public transport and a nearby grocery with a cafe. We also felt welcomed by the staff who were accommodating and helpful.
Although we had a great stay, the shared facilities were a bit of a hindrance and could be improved. It would have been nice to have a personal fridge in our room instead of sharing one that was relatively small for four rooms.

The location of the hotel is fantastic with lots of public transport options nearby. There is also a big supermarket just around the corner, making it convenient for any needs. there is a pub downstairs that offers a warm welcome and closes at a reasonable time, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
One small inconvenience was the lack of a fridge in each room. the shared fridge provided was small for the number of rooms, and it would have been more convenient to have a personal one.

We had a fantastic stay at a sleep inn in a great location. the place was very clean and the beds were comfy. We were brilliantly catered for and Kim, the host, was amazing. She was very helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome. the pub landlord downstairs was also very welcoming. We loved the nearby train station and the abundance of public transport choices. There was even a big Morrison at the corner with a cafe. We will definitely be staying at the Millhouse Sleep Inn again. cons: For us, it was ideal. 💯.
